THE CLASS
This 1 hour spin program is divided into segments. With each segment seamlessly flowing into the next, our spin program offers a comprehensive workout experience that energizes the body and mind.
THE RIDE:
In the RIDE segment, we saddle up and embark on a journey of cardio and strength. Guided by the rhythm of the music, we pedal through various speeds and intensities, all while incorporating movements that engage our legs, arms and core.
THE WEIGHTS:
In the WEIGHTS segment, we shift our focus to sculpting and strengthening our upper body. Grabbing our free weights, we target our biceps, shoulders, and triceps with a series of exercises designed to build muscle and enhance definition.
THE SPRINTS:
In the SPRINTS segment, we push our limits with sprinted intervals, pedaling at maximum effort to elevate our heart rate. In between sprinted intervals we allow ourselves a moment to catch our breath with a slowed-down set, giving our bodies the chance to recover before ramping up for the next sprint.
THE COOL DOWN:
Finally we transition to the COOL DOWN segment, where we prioritize recovery and flexibility. Led by your instructor, we engage in a series of stretches designed to alleviate tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Hi there, my name is Anisah and I am the owner and instructor at Scarborough Spin!
If you’re reading this I’m going to assume you’re interested in signing up, maybe deciding if it’s for you? I’ve been there. To start off, I am a Schwinn certified indoor cycling instructor and my spin classes are designed for all levels of spinners.
Scarborough Spin is a supportive community where people are excited to meet their fitness goals and also to meet new friendly faces! Each week, this community comes out excited for an exhilarating and challenging ride, ready to get a sweat in! Our weekly playlists consist of everything from Soca and R&B, to Pop and Hip Hop.
